Dragon Ball Z is about 7 special yellow balls with stars on them. When collected, the one who posses them receives 1 wish ( Nameck balls give 3 wishes). Goku, a sieyn who lives as a earthling, searches for the Dragon Balls along with his friends. This show is one of the most popular series in Japan and also in the U.S. It began around 10 or more years ago, and recently ended in 1995. There was Dragon Ball which was showing Goku as a child and through the series he grows up and then the series was renamed to Dragon Ball Z which contained Goku as an adult with a son and wife. DBZ series was more martial arts enriched then the first series bringing more fans. Other series were made because of the popularity (Dragon Ball GT), and also some movies.

Sailor Moon was first a Manga (comic) before it became anime. The series first started in 1992 in Japan, and then finally made it to the U.S. in 1995. DiC took over the translation part of the show, but they cut out many scenes and even complete episodes! Back to the subject, the series is about a 14 year old girl named Serena (Usagi) that meets a cat that talks named Luna (yes the cat talks) who tells her she is the Champion of Justice, Sailor Moon. After this they find the other scouts (senshi) so they can find the "Moon Princess". Some things you may think should be obvious such as the transformations (which they look exactly the same as they did as they did when they were human; and people still don't recognize them, not even their family), although it may seem as something for naive or little kids to watch, the show really is interesting and actually has a story line which is for teenagers and even some adults. Only 82 episodes of Sailor Moon were translated into English. There is a total of 200 episodes and 3 movies.

This oav has only 4 tapes but has 5 episodes. Although this oav is fairly new and draws people into it from viewing it the first time. It is about a 16 year old teenaged girl, Yohko Mano, who finds out she is destined to be the 108th Devil Hunter. The story line is hilarious and tends to go on the side of teenaged to 20 something females. Yohko is made to be ditzy, lazy at times, and boy crazy. Through out all of the episodes, all of the guys Yohko crushes on seems to be taken,possessed, or killed. This girl doesn't have much of a love life, but its fun to watch her try. But once she starts fighting demons you see the strong side of her with a bit of humor.

This is one of the best anime series that I've ever seen. I have every episode. It really is a must see and must have. Blue Seed is about plants called Arigami that create havick all over Japan. The only way to stop them is to scrafice the Kushinada, Momjij Fujimiya. But the T.A.C. wants to try and get rid of the plants without killing an innocent child. Momjij is protected constantly from the ariagami with the help of Kusinagi (a really cute anime dude who just happens to have been created by the araigmi to protect her, how ironic). Anyway, through out the whole series they are trying to get rid of those pesty plants while Momiji and Kusanagi get closer. All of the characters are unique and each has their own special characteristics. This is a real intresting, funny, romantic, and exciting anime.
